QwickChat ("we", "us", "our") operates qwickchat.xyz and provides AI agent setup services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our service.

1.1 Personal Information
When you sign up for QwickChat, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Telegram username
- Phone number (for SMS notifications)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — see Section 3)
1.2 Technical Information
We automatically collect:
- IP address (for security and fraud prevention)
- Browser type and version
- Device information
- Usage analytics (via Umami — see Section 5)
1.3 What We DON'T Collect
Your AI agent runs on your own dedicated DigitalOcean server. We do not collect, store, or access:
- Your agent's conversations
- Your agent's memory or data files
- Any data your agent processes on your behalf
- Your OpenRouter API key (you configure this yourself)
We only access your server during initial setup or when you explicitly request support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Deliver the service: Provision your DigitalOcean server, install OpenClaw, configure your Telegram bot
- Communicate with you: Send setup confirmations, support responses, and service updates via email and SMS
- Process payments: Handle billing and renewals (via Stripe)
- Provide support: Troubleshoot issues when you contact us
- Improve our service: Analyze usage patterns (anonymized)
- Prevent fraud: Detect and prevent abuse or illegal activity
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party providers:
Stripe (Payment Processing)

DigitalOcean (Hosting)

Twilio (SMS Notifications)
We use Twilio to send service notifications (setup confirmations, support updates). You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any SMS. Twilio's privacy policy: twilio.com/legal/privacy
OpenRouter (AI Model Access)
Your agent uses OpenRouter for AI model access. You provide your own API key — we never see it. OpenRouter's privacy policy: openrouter.ai/privacy
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information:
- Account data: For as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation
- Payment records: 7 years (for tax and legal compliance)
- Support tickets: 2 years
- Server logs: 30 days
You can request deletion of your data anytime by emailing hello@qwickchat.xyz.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website. Umami:
- Does not use cookies
- Does not collect personal information
- Does not track you across websites
- Anonymizes all data
